The Harrington & Nichols Station Sporting Clay Event

The Harrington & Nichols Station Sporting Clay Event will be held on Saturday, August 6th at the Cactus Gun Club, 9999 Brickplant Road, Amarillo, TX 79124. There will also be two (2) rotations of shooting this year, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This will be a fundraising event for United Way of Canyon & Amarillo. We would like to welcome you, your family and friends to participate in this event. There is a registration form, a sponsorship form, and a flyer available. Below are some opportunities to sponsor us with the United Way fundraiser. Event Sponsor– $10,000
The Event Sponsor will receive two teams of four shooters per rotation (AM or PM, or both rotations for $1,000 extra), corporate logo featured exclusively on signage at the main event and prominently placed at stations throughout the course. Company logo will also be placed on the banner. Lunch and entertainment is included for eight shooters and up to eight guests.
Sporting Sponsor-$5,000
The Sporting Sponsor will have one team of four shooters per rotation (AM or PM, or both rotations for $1,000 extra), corporate logo featured exclusively on signage at four of our shooting stations. Lunch and entertainment is included for shooters and up to four guests.
Range Sponsors will have one team of four shooters per rotation (AM or PM, or both rotations for $1,000 extra) and your corporate logo will be featured exclusively on signage at one of our shooting stations. Lunch and entertainment is included forshooters and up to four guests.
Team- $1,000 per rotation
Team Sponsors are invited to bring four shooters per rotation (AM or PM, or both rotations for $1,000 extra). Lunch and entertainment is included for shooters and up to four guests. Individual shooters are welcome $250 per shooter per rotation includes lunch and entertainment.
Station Sponsor- $100
Perhaps you can’t join us but would still like to support the cause. Station Sponsors will have their corporate logo featured on a sign on the course.
Donations for live and silent auction can be picked up or mailed to 8300 North Lakeside Drive, Amarillo, TX 79108.
