FSS is sharing the healing power of yoga with survivors of trauma through Trauma-informed Yoga Therapy. Classes available online so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.
This therapy has been proven to reduce the stressful effects trauma has had on the body, mind and spirit. It is safe and a gentle form of yoga promoting the ability to self-heal, soothe and regulate while reducing chronic anxiety and trauma related issues.
Join our Trauma-informed Yoga instructor Cynthia Gable, LCSW, RYT-200 for a relating and gentle class created to heal and empower. No yoga experience is required to join this group.
