Over 11,000 area general business people receive the Welcome Pardner! business mailing. We'll add some of your prospects to our database, upon request. To ensure your business has no direct competitors in the mailing, we offer product exclusivity to sponsors (excluding restaurants, non-profits and events.)
WHEN IS IT SENT?
The Welcome Pardner! Business Mailing is delivered to area professionals four times a year. Businesses will receive your message in January, April, July, and October.
HOW BIG ARE THE INSERTS?
Each client provides their own insert. The fliers fit in a #10 envelope; we need enough inserts for each mailing. We offer assistance preparing your insert, and will recommend printers to assist you. We have printers who give wholesale prices to our clients!
WHAT ABOUT THE BACK OF THE ENVELOPE?
Getting business people's attention is easy when your advertisement is placed on the back of the Welcome Pardner! mailing envelope. You can grab people's attention and make sure they read what you have to say. 1st come, 1st Serve Basis!
Residential
WHO RECEIVES IT?
Each month, between 450 and 800 folks receive the Welcome Pardner! Residential Package. It is mailed to newcomers, parents of newborns, newlyweds, engaged couples, anniversaries, birthdays, baptisms, special honors... all occasions to tell someone "Welcome Pardner!" In addition, we also distribute advertising materials (with your permission) at trade shows, club meetings and in our travels around the area. Envelopes are stuffed by the Aware Program as a fund-raiser.
WHEN IS IT SENT?
Welcome Pardner's! residential mailing is sent out once a month, 12 times each year. People come to the Panhandle every day, and lives constantly change. Welcome Pardner! makes everyone feel at home non-intrusively.
HOW BIG ARE THE INSERTS?
Each client provides their own insert. The fliers fit in a #10 envelope; we need 1,000 inserts for each month's mailing. We help figure out what to say and how to say it. We'll make it easier by suggesting local printers to assist you with design, layout, and production.
WHAT ABOUT THE BACK OF THE ENVELOPE?
The back of the envelope is a highly prominent location which will ensure visibility and readership.
Medi-Educational
WHO RECEIVES IT?
The Welcome Pardner! Medi-Education Mailing is sent to approximately 10,000 Health Care and Education Professionals each issue. We'll add some of your prospects to our database upon request. The health care and education industries are the largest employers in the Texas Panhandle. We offer product exclusivity for this mailing as well, (excluding restaraunts and events!)

The Welcome Pardner! Medi-Education Mailing is delivered to area professionals four times a year. Businesses will receive your message in February, May, August, and November.

Each client provides their own insert. The fliers fit in a #10 envelope; we need enough inserts for each mailing. We can offer assistance preparing your insert, and recommend printers to assist you.

Agri-Industrial
WHO RECEIVES IT?
This goes to Texas Cattle Feeders Association members, AQHA, area realtors, industrial professionals and rural residents. We'll add some of your prospects to our database upon request. The Agricultural industry is vital to the economic success of our region. Welcome Pardner's! Agri-Industrial Mailing tells approximately 11,500 people what you offer. Product Exclusivity: you can be sure you won't be vying for attentionagainst any direct competitors!

The Welcome Pardner! Agri-Industrial Mailing isdelivered quarterly, in March,June, September, and also in December.

Welcome Pardner® Breakfast »
Once a month we meet at Golden Corrall at I-40 and Coulter. This usually occurs on the last Friday of each month. Our clients have breakfast and the opportunity to network with other business owners and managers.
